Although sounding fairly industry standard, we believe that our guarantee tops most others. The reason is simple - most other companys exclude hardware operation and sometimes glass unit failure from their 10 year guarantees, glass units can be five years and hardware (handles, locks, hinges etc) can sometimes be just 12 months! But these are the things that go wrong. It pays to check the small print!

At Windows Of Distinction we cover the operation of all standard fitment locks, handles and hinges on our windows and doors for ten years*. 

Surface finish on handles and letterboxes are guaranteed for one year. If you upgrade to our gorgeous new "Sweet" range of door furniture from Brisant Ultion this increases to 20 years!*

Although we have been around since 1994, we are not complacent so to protect you further we issue a ten year Insurance Backed Guarantee as standard through the GGFi Insurance Scheme, effectively guaranteeing our guarantee. Unlike many other companies, this means that should the worst happen and we cease trading, your guarantee remains valid.
