Windows Of Distinction have a no hard sell policy, which means that we supply no obligation quotations for our customers to peruse at their leisure, this means that we have to keep them on file for when people come back to us, quite often some time later. Therefore we will keep them for 24 months, after which time we will delete them.

We offer long guarantees on many products. If you become a customer of ours the data supplied will be used to provide essential documentation and reference for the lifetime of that guarantee, not exceeding 10 years.
